Chinese Made Clear with Chen Xi provides Mandarin coaching, class information, posts, podcast scripts, and learning resources. By using this website or booking a lesson, you agree to these terms.

Lessons and Bookings

Lesson details, prices, and packages are shown on the website or shared directly with you before booking. Prices may change in the future, but already-paid lessons will be honored according to the agreement at the time of purchase.

Unless we agree otherwise, please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before a lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged as completed lessons.

Payments

Payments may be handled through Stripe, Preply, or another agreed payment method. Payment services are responsible for processing payment information and may have their own terms.

Learning Materials

Class notes, homework, audio materials, podcast scripts, website text, and other learning resources are provided for your personal study. Please do not copy, sell, publish, or redistribute them without written permission.

Learning Results

I design lessons to support your progress, but language learning results depend on many things, including your starting level, practice time, consistency, and personal goals. No specific result or timeline is guaranteed.

Respectful Use

Please use this website and lesson communication respectfully. I may decline or stop lessons if communication becomes abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
